Back to SearchTAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne are postponing the public meeting to consider a proposed new Building Permit Fee By-law under Section 7 of the Building Code Act that was scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
The May 17, 2022, Statutory Public Meeting will still be held for Planning Matters pursuant to the Planning Act at 6:30 p.m.
The Statutory Public Planning Meeting agenda package will be posted on the City’s website on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Alternatively, you can subscribe to have meeting packages sent directly to your email inbox prior to the public meeting or regularly scheduled council meeting.
Any person wanting to participate in the meeting is asked to submit a written submission that will be circulated to City Councillors prior to the meeting. If anyone wishes to participate in the meeting, they must pre-register with the Deputy Clerk. Written submissions and in person or virtual participation requests must be received by noon on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, by emailing deputyclerk@portcolborne.ca or calling 905-835-2900 x115. Written submissions can also be submitted to the mail slot, located at the front-left of City Hall, 66 Charlotte Street.
