Welcome to Virtual City Hall
Port Colborne residents can now log-in to manage their accounts with the City of Port Colborne. Citizens can view their Property Tax and Water/Wastewater statements, make payments, set up pre-authorized payments, change their billing preference to paperless, and so much more.
Activating an account in Virtual City Hall is as easy as 1, 2, 3
| 1. Click on the Virtual City Hall link |
| Visit our Virtual City Hall portal |
| 2. Have your Tax or Water/Wastewater statement with you |
| Have your property roll number or utility account number on hand to enter the appropriate information to create an account. You will need to input the name of the account holder you are creating an account for as it appears on the bill (last name first name) and a valid email address. |
| 3. Create a username and Password |
| When chossing a username and password, choose something that is unique to you and is secure. (Passwords are case sensitive) |
Do you already have a Virtual City Hall account?
Click on the Virtual City Hall portal and sign in with your username and password. (if you do not remember your password, click on the forgot my password link on the sign in page to have a password reset email sent directly to you).
