Take Notice that the Council of the City of Port Colborne will hold a Public Meeting to consider a by-law to permanently close part of:
Catherine Street (PIN 64457-0087): Part of Catherine Street (PIN 64457-0087) on the west side of Catherine Street south of 14 Catherine Street abutting the eastern boundary of 12 Catherine Street and being 26.4 m in length and 8.2 m in width.

Written and/or oral comments will be considered at the Public Meeting and can be forwarded to the undersigned. Written comments should be submitted by no later than May 18th, 2023, to be included in staff’s information report. Council will hear any person or their solicitor/agent who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed closure and who applies to be heard at the meeting.
