Lockview Park – New Playground Construction

Please be advised, Lockview Park, located at 5 John Street, will be temporarily closed from October through December 2024, weather permitting, to support the final phase of playground construction.

This project aims to benefit users of the park, residents in the surrounding area, and students of Lakeshore Catholic High School.

The upgrades will include new inclusive play structures for children aged 2–5 and 5+ years, a multi-coloured rubber play surface, a swing set with an inclusive dual-seat swing, a basketball court, a pavilion structure, and new bench seating.
