Each June the Government of Ontario proclaims June as Seniors Month. During this month, we celebrate our seniors and recognize the contribution they continue to make in the communities across Ontario including the City of Port Colborne.
This year’s theme is stay safe, active and connected, which focuses on programs and services that enable seniors to remain safe, healthy, engaged and live life to the fullest during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
To celebrate Seniors Month, the City of Port Colborne Senior Advisory Council will be flying the Niagara Age-Friendly Flag with the City’s logo at City Hall to thank and recognize our seniors and our committee members.
