The City of Port Colborne has received a fence variance application as per the Fence By-law 5510/107/10 under section 3.0 (Height of Fences) with respect to the proposal of erecting a wood fence surrounding certain areas of the property into 6 foot, 8 foot and 10 foot sections as outlined in the site plan submitted by the applicant. |
