Elm Street Closed between Princess Street and Park Street

Updated Monday, October 16 - Beginning October 18, 2023, the City of Port Colborne will close Elm Street between Princess Street and Park Street for approximately 2 and a half days.

This closure is to accommodate the reconstruction of the Elm Street Rail Crossing. It is expected that the road will reopen as of October 20 at 12 p.m., weather permitting.

Motorists should follow the posted signs to detour around the closure. Residents and deliveries to businesses are encouraged to use Killaly Street West or Clarence Street and detour onto King Street to avoid using residential streets as a detour.

The City of Port Colborne thanks residents for their patience and cooperation as we complete these important infrastructure improvements.
