The construction of the Davis Street watermain will commence November 4th, 2024, with an anticipated completion date of May 2025. Construction will begin at Rodney Street and Davis Street.

Peters Construction Group will be replacing the watermain on Davis Street between Rodney Street and Durham Street. Water service disruption will be minimal but will occur during various stages of the project as the new watermain is connected to the existing network. Residents affected by the disturbances will be informed directly ahead of time via hand-delivered notices. 

 

Residents located on Davis Street highlighted on the map below may experience construction-related disturbances including noise. Any resident directly impacted will receive an additional letter from the city and contractor prior to construction.
