Canada Post Strike

Canada Post has resumed operations and is now safely ramping up and stabilizing services nationwide.

Property owners and residents are reminded that they remain responsible for on-time water bill payments. Payments must be made by their due date, and regular penalties will apply for late payments.

For those who rely on the mail system for their water bills or other City correspondence, please note the following:

If you have not yet received your water bill, you can:

  1. Sign up for e-billing to receive your bill electronically.
  2. Enrol in Virtual City Hall to view your bills online.
  3. Visit City Hall in person to request a paper copy of your bill.

The City of Port Colborne encourages all residents to explore these options and ensure timely payments are made. Late payments will incur standard penalties, as per City policy.

For more information on payment options, residents can call the City’s customer service team at 905-835-2900 or email customerservice@portcolborne.ca.
