Hey Port Colborne, this July 1 let’s celebrate Canada Day by joining all municipalities in Niagara for a fun interactive online scavenger hunt on the GooseChase App.

While we can’t gather in person to celebrate Canada Day this year, we can all #PORTicipate in the fun here in Port Colborne! This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors during the holiday, while safely social distancing with GooseChase.

To join the fun:

  • Download the GooseChase App to your mobile device
  • Join ‘Canada Day the Niagara Way’ (Don’t wait to get started! Get started now for a chance to win great prizes)
  • Starting June 30, the game will begin and run until July 9

This mission will highlight some of Port Colborne’s significant spots! If you’re exploring other areas, like St. Catharines or Fort Erie, you can check out their missions tooIt will require either a check-in or creative photo submissions at the locations. There are also activities for those who wish to #PORTicipate from home.

Oh, and yes, there will be prizes! Join the ‘Canada Day the Niagara Way’ game before June 25 for a special teaser mission and a chance to win a prize pack.
