Windstorm Recovery - Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO)

WINDSTORM RECOVERY | Was your primary residence (not seasonal), small business, farm, or not-for-profit organization impacted/flooded, resulting in damage to the main structure and contents, due to the Oct. 31 – Nov. 1 windstorm?

The Ontario Government has guidelines that apply for Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO). To learn more about who can apply, how DRAO works with insurance, eligible items, and ineligible items, visit https://www.ontario.ca/document/guidelines-apply-disaster-recovery-assistance-ontarians-drao

The City of Port Colborne is also gathering a list of impacted residents, small businesses, and farms that were impacted/flooded, resulting in damage to the main structure and contents. To report to the municipality, please call 905-835-2900 ext. 115. Before calling, please make sure you have ready: your name, mailing address, roll number (if available), phone number, and property classification.
