☎️ Did you know? In November 2019 we returned to live answering our phones as we’re continuously striving to improve our customer service. If you're looking to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives, like Millie, call 905-835-2900, stay on the line, and someone will be right with you!

The doors to City Hall may be closed due to COVID-19, but City staff are still working to answer your calls ☎️, emails 📧, and keep you updated with City news on our website 🔗 and social media platforms.
