Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) - Board of Directors

The City of Port Colborne is accepting applications from citizens interested in serving on the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority Board of Directors. City Council will recommend to the Niagara Region one (1) appointment. Appointment to the NPCA Board of Directors will be the decision of Niagara Regional Council.

As set out in the Conservation Authorities Act, the mandate of the NPCA is to establish and undertake programs designed to further the conservation, restoration, development, and management of natural resources other than gas, oil, coal, and minerals.

Eligibility

To be eligible to serve on the NPCA Board as a representative of the City of Port Colborne, you must be at least 18 years of age and you must reside in or own property in the City.

Applications submitted in person, by email, or regular mail will be received up to and including Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 12 noon.

Transit Advisory Committee - one appointee
