Box Office Assistant - Part Time Position

BOX OFFICE ASSISTANT

PART TIME POSITION – 0 - 24 hours per week

(Weekdays; Weekends; Day and Evening Shifts)

 

The City of Port Colborne is currently recruiting for a part time Box Office Assistant at the Roselawn Center.    

 

As the Box Office Assistant you will provide telephone and in-person customer service support for the Box Office/Reception at the Roselawn Theater.  This will include direct ticket sales, cash handling and general administrative duties.  You will also assist with the set up and execution of events at the Theater which will include hospitality services.  The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to multi-task.  Candidates who have experience working with Provenue ticket sales and/or ActiveNet will be given preference.  Must have smart serve certificate.    

 

Wage:     $15.68 per hour
               Min wage plus gratuity for hospitality services

Assistant Arena Attendant - Part Time Position

 ASSISTANT ARENA ATTENDANT (SKATE MONITOR)

PART TIME POSITION – 0-24 hours per week

(Weekdays; Weekends; Day and Evening Shifts)

 

The City of Port Colborne is currently recruiting for a part time Assistant Arena Attendant (Skate Monitor) to work at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre. 

 

As the Assistant Arena Attendant you will be responsible to patrol the ice during skating programs, assist the Arena Operators with clearing the ice for maintenance and assist with the cleaning of the facility.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to skate and have excellent customer service skills.  

 

A vulnerable police background check will be required.

 

Wage:  Minimum wage
