As a Parks Summer Equipment Operator, your duties will include the operation of all Group 4 equipment including trucks up to 16,000 GVW with attachments, while providing operational and maintenance services to municipal recreation facilities, grass cutting and may include supervision of students. You will ensure that facilities are ready for use including cleaning of washrooms, flooding of ball diamonds, garbage removal and more. You will keep the facilities maintained in a safe, clean and attractive condition.

The ideal candidate will have a DZ license and one year experience in providing operational and maintenance services.

This is a seasonal unionized position from approximately May to October based on 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of $27.55 per hour.
