The City of Port Colborne is seeking an energetic and dedicated individuals who would like to join our team as a Summer Student for Sugarloaf Marina! 

Sugarloaf Marina has over 700 slips available for guest and seasonal boaters and provides a range of amenities and services for customers. We have openings here for dock attendants, who assist customers with their needs when they arrive as well as throughout their stay, allowing visitors of Port Colborne to experience the range of activities and amenities the city has to offer. This position works primarily outdoors providing customer service, marina maintenance and clean-up.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Have a valid Class G or G2 Ontario Driver’s License, proof upon request.
  • Be available for full-time work as soon as possible until Labour Day 2024.
  • Be a full-time student enrolled for September 2024 (Fall Term), proof upon request.
  • Be available to work flexible hours – days, afternoons, weekends, statutory holidays and special events.
  • Be comfortable working outdoors.
