The Treasury function of Corporate Services is to provide financial management of the Corporation. We provide financial reporting, advice on financial matters and support to Council and all City departments.

The Treasury responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, budgets, cash control, taxation and collection, water/sewer billing and collection, accounts payable, accounts receivable and benefit administration.
