Special Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, November 2 at 6:30 p.m.

Please be advised that the City of Port Colborne is holding a special virtual Council meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. for the following matters under the Planning Act:

1. Public Meeting - Zoning By-law Amendment for Nyon Oil lands

2. Public Meeting and Recommendation – Zoning By-law Amendment for 5718 Highway 3

3. Recommendation report – Removal of a Holding Provision from 433 Sugarloaf Street

4. Recommendation report – Proposed "Housekeeping" Amendment to Zoning By-law 6575/30/18

Contact David Schulz, Planner, at davidschulz@portcolborne.ca to receive a copy of the Notice or staff report when available. The agenda for the special Council meeting will be posted on the City’s website in its usual location.

The meeting will be held virtually and streamed live on the City’s YouTube Channel. Written delegations are encouraged. However, if you would like to delegate virtually at the meeting, you must register in advance by noon on Monday, November 2, 2020, by contacting the Deputy Clerk at deputyclerk@portcolborne.ca.
