Canada Day in Port Colborne

It's Canada's birthday tomorrow!

Here are a few things you need to know:

- We're celebrating virtually! To learn more about how you can #PORTicipate in Canada Day activities online, including Canada Day The Niagara Way, visit www.portcolborne.ca/page/canada_day.

- Municipal offices will be closed Wednesday, July 1, 2020, in observation of Canada Day. Staff will resume answering your phone calls and emails beginning at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020. Should you require immediate assistance from our Operations Centre, call the after-hours number at 905-835-5079.

- The Port Colborne Community Bus and the Port Colborne Link will not be running on Canada Day, Wednesday, July 1. Services will resume at their scheduled time on Thursday, July 2. For more information about Port Colborne Transit, visit http://portcolborne.ca/page/Port_Colborne_Transit.

- The Niagara Region has advised there will be no changes to waste collection on Canada Day, Wednesday, July 1. For more information about waste collection, visit https://www.niagararegion.ca/waste/.
