2020 Road Resurfacing Program

On May 25, 2020, Rankin Construction began work on the City’s 2020 road resurfacing program.

Asphalt milling is scheduled to occur between May 25 – 27, 2020, weather dependent.

Road Resurfacing is scheduled to occur between June 1 – 2, 2020, weather dependent.


The following roads have been included in the 2020 road resurfacing program:

Wellington Street - between Crescent Street and Killaly Street East

Lena Crescent - between Scholfield Avenue to the Cul De Sac

Scholfield Avenue - between Sugarloaf Street to Lena Crescent

Fielden Avenue - between Ost Avenue and Highway 3

Hollow Bay Road North - between Highway 3 and Old Garrison Road

Ash Street - between Steele Street and Fielden Avenue

Neff Street - between Elm Street and Fielden Avenue

Neff Road - between Second Concession Road and Highway 3

Humboldt Parkway - between Chestnut Street and Killaly Street East

Paul Street - between West Side Road and Queen Street
