Bridge 21 to be closed March 16 - 18

Bridge 21, the Clarence Street Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic only on March 16, 17, 18 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Bus charges remain in effect as the bridge is open to pedestrians.
