Drug Use in Niagara Survey

Posted by Niagara Region on Monday, October 21st, 2019

The Overdose Prevention and Education Network of Niagara (OPENN) is looking for input on drug use in Niagara from anyone 16 years or older who lives in Niagara.

What participating in this survey means for you:

The survey takes about 10 minutes. The survey includes questions about drug use in Niagara - how it affects the community, what might work to prevent drug use, and your personal experience with drug use. Any of these questions can be skipped if you want.

The survey will also ask you for your age, gender, background and postal code to help then make sure all voices in Niagara are heard on the survey.

Participating in this survey or not has no effect on the services you receive in any way.

Click here for more information and to complete the survey.
