Port Colborne/Wainfleet Chamber recognizes its best and brightest

The Annual President’s Awards, presented by Grant Thornton LLP, were handed out Thursday, March 21, 2019 by the Port Colborne-Wainfleet Chamber of Commerce.

“The President’s Awards continue to be a spectacular celebration for Port Colborne and Wainfleet’s outstanding citizens, businesses and students who make our community great,” said Dolores Fabiano, Executive Director of the Port Colborne-Wainfleet Chamber of Commerce.

The Citizen of the Year Award, sponsored by Jungbunzlauer, was presented to Janet Pilon.

The Junior Youth Citizen of the Year, sponsored by Canadian Tire, went to Violet Sardella.

Caitlynn van Kralingen was named Youth Citizen of the Year, sponsored by the City of Port Colborne.

Breakwall Brewing Company was named New Business of the Year, sponsored by Crawford, Smith and Swallow Inc.

Tender Cuts Meat and Produce was presented with the President’s Award for Business of the Year, sponsored by RBC Royal Bank.
