STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION

Friday, April 20, 2018 – 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, April 21, 2018 – 8:30 a.m.

Mayor Maloney has called a special meeting of Committee of the Whole to be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 21 at 8:30 a.m. at the Municipal Offices, Council Chambers, 66 Charlotte Street, Port Colborne. The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to undertake a strategic planning session.

Council invites and encourages the public to attend the strategic planning session and will engage participants in setting the priorities for the remainder of the 2018 term of Council and shaping the future beyond this term.

Persons intending to address Council are asked to submit a signed copy, legibly written, typewritten or printed on paper, of the presentation to Council by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on
Friday, April 20, 2018. Council will only be accepting delegations for the Friday evening portion of the meeting.

The agenda for the special meeting will be available on the City’s website on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. To recieve agenda’s to your email, subscribe on our website at www.portcolborne.ca.
