Availability of Agendas and Minutes
Committee of the Whole and Council Meeting agendas are available on the website the Thursday afternoon prior to the Committee of the Whole/Council Meeting. Hard copies are also available from the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The City makes every effort to ensure that all documents circulated in hardcopy are also available on-line; however, there may be circumstances where hardcopies may include graphics or maps which are not available in the on-line document.
In the event that there is a delay in printing, we recommend you contact the Office of the City Clerk advance of picking up agendas. Contact information for the Office of the City Clerk is noted at the bottom of this page.
