Delegations who wish to address Council on a matter not otherwise on the agenda are required to register with the Clerk by no later than 10:00 a.m. on the Thursday prior to the meeting and to provide a legibly written, typewritten or printed copy of the petition, application and/or communication they intend to present to Council. 

Such copies shall be signed by at least one person and addressed to the Mayor and Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne.  Delegations shall be permitted to speak for no longer than fifteen (15) minutes.
