Request for Expressions of Interest

The deadline for submission was September 11, 2009 for Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Facility Programming in the City of Port Colborne.  Council has authorized the preparation of a RFP for Facility Programming.  Details regarding the RFP shall be released at a later date.

Request For Proposal for Prime Design Consultant Services 

At its August 31st, 2009 Special Meeting, Council approved the recommendation to engage the services of MJM Architects as Prime Design Consultant (Architect) for the City's new Health and Wellness Recreation Centre.

 Project / Contract Management & Owner's Representative Services for the Health and Wellness Centre

At its May 25, 2009 regular meeting, Council approved the recommendation to engage the services of MHPM as the City's Contract/Project Administrator and Owner's Representative for this project and to move forward with the project using a design-bid-build method rather than design-build.
