April 7-13, 2019 is Volunteer Appreciation Week

Posted by Michelle Cuthbert on Monday, April 8th, 2019

April 7-13, 2019 is Volunteer Appreciation Week! We want to thank and celebrate the many volunteers who give their time and energy to the City of Port Colborne. Each day during the week, we will recognize a different volunteer. There are not enough days in the week to celebrate the hundreds of amazing volunteers we have, so we would like to start by saying thank you to all our past, present, and future helpers. Without you, Port Colborne would not be the same!

Today we would like you to meet Shelley Dressel! She has been a Roselawn Centre volunteer for 19 years; over this time, Shelley has put in countless hours of dedication. Having taken on an important role, she is responsible for the scheduling of volunteers for all events at Roselawn. The Roselawn Centre is extremely grateful for the commitment, time, and energy she has put in. Thank you Shelley! Way to PORTicipate!

Shelley
