Mayor Steele declares August 30 as Niagara IceDogs Day!

The Niagara IceDogs and Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) will be facing off in an exhibition game at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre in Port Colborne on Friday, August 30, 2019.  Doors will open at 6 p.m., warm-up at 6:30 p.m., with a 7 p.m. puck drop.

To purchase your tickets, the Box Office hours are Mondays 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. & 5 - 9 p.m.; Tuesdays 3 – 9 p.m.; Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Thursdays 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. & 5 – 9 p.m.; Fridays 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; closed Sundays.  Tickets are $10 each, General Admission. 

Revenue from the exhibition games ticket sales will be going to support the Port Colborne Wave Girl’s Hockey Association.  The girls’ minor hockey program continues to grow with plans to add one or two teams for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.

Mayor Steele has also officially declared Friday, August 30 as Niagara IceDogs Day!

#PORTicipate in a Free Public Swim from 1 - 3 p.m. and Free Skate from 2 - 4 p.m.
