Temporary Road Closure of Killaly Street West (Regional Road 5) in Port Colborne

temporary full road closure wednesday, june 19 to friday, june 21, 2019

Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Rd. 5 (Killaly St. W) between King St. and Regional Rd. 3A (Mellanby Ave.), in Port Colborne, will be closed to through traffic beginning on Wednesday, June 19 at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, June 21, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

Due to the nature of the work, the road closure is necessary for repairs of the railway track west of hydro canal and east of King St.

Businesses and emergency services will have access only either from Mellanby Ave. or Regional Rd. 5 (Killaly St. W) during this closure. No through traffic will be permitted.

The detour route for the closure is as follows:

  • ​Regional Rd. 3A (Mellanby Ave.) to Regional Rd. 3 (Main St.) and King St. to Main St. W.
